Delicious Chocolate Filled Raspberries
Do you have a party dish or snack to bring or make soon? Maybe for the super bowl? A baby shower? A potluck? I've got the dish for you... chocolate filled raspberries. This easy creation only takes minutes, looks great and is a real crowd pleaser.
I have a school potluck tomorrow and there are a lot of people contributing desserts. I wanted to bring something sweet but didn't give you too much guilt. These fresh, bright red raspberries are perfect. Just get a container of raspberries and wash them real good. Raspberries can prune easy so make sure to look through them all and discard any that look questionable.
Pick out some chocolate chips. I used Nestle's white chocolate and milk chocolate. I've also seen dark chocolate and butterscotch. I went for the classic flavors. I also knew the white would really pop against the vibrant raspberry color.
All you do is pick up a raspberry and slip a chocolate chip into the opening, point side in. That's it!
Just keep filling these tasty juicy raspberries until you don't have any left. Then admire what you've made and imagine all the compliments you'll receive from your party go-ers.
My potluck isn't until tomorrow so I stored mine in the fridge. I can't wait to eat them myself.
Next time you're looking for a snack or dessert to bring to a party, shower or event consider these simple, delicious sweet and juicy treats... your guests will thank you!
