Shipping policy

All items are made to order by me, so please allow for production time. 

Texas Craft House cannot be held liable for packages delayed in transit or that experience a delayed delivery once they leave our shop and in the possession of USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. Orders will NOT be returned, exchanged, refunded or re-shipped due to factors such as: weather + delivery delays. We understand this is frustrating for you as a buyer but it also frustrating for me as a small business owner, I am not a large corporation. I am more than happy to provide info on how to file missing mail claims with USPS to recover lost items. Please purchase insurance or Priority shipping so in the event your item is lost in transit, it can be reshipped! 

Hats are shipped in boxes and shipped USPS Ground Advantage. Baby Beanies and Onesies are placed in a padded envelope and sent USPS Ground Advantage. As of October 2025, US Mail is estimating that Ground Advantage is taking 2-5 business days for the United States. 

At this time, I am only shipping within the United States.
