Refund policy

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to LOVE your items. Because we are a small shop, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges unless damaged, defective, or misspelling is on our behalf. You will need to email {info@texascrafthouse.com} a picture within 3 days of receiving your item in order for a refund or replacement will be given.

Please note, we are not responsible for items lost in the mail, shipping delays or customs clearance delays and charges since they are not in our control.
